Kerri Reid

Kerri Reid is a visual artist whose practice draws from various art and craft traditions as well as anthropology and archaeology. Her interest in the arbitration of values has led to works that can involve dust, wicker, ceramics, drawing, photography, woodwork, and faxing, as well as interactions with the free curbside economy, Craigslist, and Ebay. She teaches at the Toronto School of Art and has recently shown in several group shows across Canada and in a solo exhibition at the Centre des arts actuels Skol in Montreal.

Jennifer Rose Sciarrino holds a BFA from Ryerson University's Image Arts Program. Currently working in sculpture, installation, photography and performance, her recent work explores notions of the fantastic in natural environments. She has recently exhibited in group exhibitions at Art Metropole, Xpace, Magic Pony, and Switch Contemporary.

Kristan Horton is a visual artist who resides in Toronto. His work is inspired by popular culture, particularly film. He studied at Guelph University and the Ontario College of Art and Design, and has had an international exhibition career since the late 1990's. He has shown his work at Glassbox, Paris (FR), ZKM, Karlsruhe, Germany, Kiasma Museum of Contemporary Art, Helsinki, Finland and Inter Communications Center, Tokyo. His work appears courtesy of Jessica Bradley Art + Projects, Toronto.

Kristi Malakoff is a Canadian-born visual artist, exhibiting on an international scale, who has recently moved to British Columbia from Berlin, Germany. She is a 2005 BFA graduate of the Emily Carr Institute in Vancouver where she was the recipient of many awards and scholarships, among them the Alvin Balkind Memorial Scholarship, the Helen Pitt Award and the Governor General’s silver medal for the top Emily Carr Institute graduating student of 2005. She has exhibited in both group and solo shows throughout Canada and in England, the US, Germany and Mexico. In 2008, she received a Canada Council Project Grant for Visual Artists.

Liz Magor

Liz Magor is an artist living and working in Vancouver, BC. Born in Winnipeg, she studied at the University of British Columbia, Parsons School of Design in New York City, and the Vancouver School of Art. She is currently an Associate Professor of Visual Arts at the Emily Carr Institute in Vancouver. Her recent body of work consists of polymerized gypsum sculptures which depict everyday objects and objects from nature, which often function as hiding places. She has exhibited her sculptural and photographic works internationally, including the Sydney Biennale, the Venice Biennale, and Documenta. In 2001, she received the Governer General’s Award in the Visual Arts. Her work appears courtesy of Susan Hobbs Gallery, Toronto.
